Honda Highness CB350/GB350 Cafe Racer Custom Seat Assembly Compatibility : Honda Highness CB 350/GB 350 Base: The seat base is made of fiberglass. We use fiberglass to make the seat base (OEM is ABS Plastic) for Highness as it would increase the life of the seat base, and simultaneously it would not have rust issues like the metal base has. Foam: The main cushion used is made in HD. According to our R&D team, HD foams are best for touring. Hence, we have used the same for this seat. Seat Cover: The seat cover material used for this seat has a cotton-coated backing to increase its life even more. The quality of the material is way higher than the usual one. Overall: The seat has good tail bone support for the rider to make them feel comfortable during long rides. Not Waterproof: While the seat offers some degree of moisture resistance, it is important to note that it is not waterproof. To help limit water penetration, a plastic barrier is included between the seat cover and the main cushion, however water may seep through the needle holes in the stitched design areas, especially where the diamond and stripe patterns are sewn. While it can handle occasional splashes or brief exposure to damp conditions, the surface is not fully waterproof and may absorb water during heavy rain or prolonged wet exposure. It is recommended to use a rain cover or store the motorcycle under shelter to maintain the seat’s condition and longevity. While rainfall or water washing will not damage the seat, it may take some time to dry. Installation: The procedure to install the seat is quite similar when compared with the stock seat. Here the only change is the lock clamp. Remove the lock clamp of your stock seat and use the same on our seat. You would not be provided any lock clamp along with the seat. Note: The seat will touch the Handle Grab Rail which is provided with the single long seat. However, there will be 2 Inches Gap if used with Split Seat. **These add-ons are additional cushioning that can be added to your product with an additional cost. *Gel Pad: Gel Pad will be installed by us while making the seat. It acts as a Shock absorber, giving you tail bone support and protects your tail bone from speed breaker jerks. The best motorcycle Gel seat pad evenly distributes pressure, which reduces numbness.
